Entrance to the rest of the villa is up easy rising stairs to a part open naya which acts as one of the many dining areas. The outside door leads directly into the open plan lounge and dining
room where there is satellite tv and wifi. The bedrooms and lounge/dining area are all air conditioned.
Leading off this is a fully equipped modern kitchen complete with oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The bedrooms can be found down a corridor from the lounge. All 3 are spacious and have wardrobes and drawer units. The master bedroom comes with a super king-size bed and ensuite facilities. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and also has ensuite facilities. The third bedroom is set up as 2 singles but they could be joined together to form a double bed should that be required. Opposite the 3rd bedroom there is a family bathroom with full facilities.
Outside, set into the large south facing terrace area, there is a 9metre x 5metre swimming pool and outside shower. There is ample room around for numerous sunbeds and there are
also additional seating areas situated under a covered gazebo to relax in the shade. The villa also has a large solarium. To the front of the property there is ample parking for 4 cars. There are a number or restaurants nearby with a supermarket less than 1km away from Javea Arenal with its blue flagged beach, shops and restaurants, is a five minute drive away, while the historic old town and port are easily accessible.
