This typically Spanish, four-bedroom villa is located in the Tosalet area of Javea, stands in spacious, secure grounds and has ample private parking. There is plenty of space for relaxing around the 10 x 5m swimming pool with roman steps, safe grassed areas for children to play and a covered terrace that offers a perfect setting for al fresco dining. Entry to the villa is via steps up from the parking area that leads directly into the open plan dining / sitting room with satellite television and wifi. The separate kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. An outside utility room houses the washing machine and brick built barbeque. From the dining area is a hall that leads to a double en-suite bedroom with airconditioning and two twin bedded rooms and a further double bedroom with air conditioning that all share a separate bathroom. Javea, with its blue-flagged Arenal beach, restaurants, port, fish market and the old town with its quant, backstreet shops and historic buildings is about a five-minute drive away.

We were 2 families, and had plenty of space for all. Perfectly located in a quiet street not 5 minutes by car to the beach.

Had a fantastic 2 week holiday at Villa Vicenta in Javea. The villa was excellent and had everything we needed. The wifi was excellent and helped keep the kids happy and the air con was most welcome with the temperature in the high 30s.
The pool is amazing and the location is great with the Arenal beach a 5 minute drive away.

We have just returned from a lovely week at Villa Vicenta! The villa is really nice , in a very quiet residential area! Lovely outside sitting areas , with ample loungers & umbrellas , a lovely big pool & ample relaxing areas! There are plenty of easy to get to, supermarkets, and Arenal beach is just a short drive away with plenty of lovely restuarants! The villa itself , has a home from home feel! Very clean & plenty of every day items ! All in all a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing switch of week! We loved it & will definitely return in the near future! Thank you Star Villas !
Just returned two days ago from Villa Vicenta and already want to go back. The villa was all we wanted and more. The villa is a 2 minute drive from 2 supermarkets although there are bigger ones a bit further drive away and about a 20-30 minute walk into Arenal which is well worth a visit. The villa was well equiped and had everything we needed. The pool was gorgeous and the gardens around the villa were well kept. Even though there are villas surrounding Vicente the hedges and trees surrounding the villa made it totally private and we didn’t really notice we had any neighbours! The cleanliness of the villa was top notch.
Paul, the guy who looked after us was most helpful but not in your face and only popped in a couple of times but when we needed something and telephoned he delivered it.
All in all a fabulous holiday. I would not hesitate to recommed Star Villas javea and would look no further than this site when looking to book your villa holiday. In fact we are just ready to book again for next year, the only problem is choosing which villa to go to!

stayed with children and grandchildren June 2011 – fabulous week, we all loved the pool, bbq great, good location, spacious villa and fresh oranges and lemons from the garden to make the Sangria special.Would recommend Star Villas for their service and attention to detail.
Dave and I recently stayed at Villa Vicenta at the beginning of October the Villa was lovely the weather was great and we had a very relaxing holiday.
