This superb luxury, two-storey villa is situated in a quiet, residential area of Javea and has been constructed and furnished to the highest standard, giving an overall impression of space and light. It is approached through large metal gates and is completely enclosed and private.
There is ample parking for 3 cars. The large garden is mostly patio areas and there are plenty of sun-beds for relaxing around the 10 x 5m swimming pool with roman steps, which can be heated, and taking in the magnificent views, over the valley to the Montgo mountain or along the valley towards the Arenal. The large, covered terrace affords plenty of shade and comfort for relaxing or enjoying al fresco meals prepared on the barbecue.
There is an outside pool shower, and a table tennis table
The main entrance to the villa leads to a large hallway, with dining room to the right and a large kitchen to the left. The tv area is off of the dining area.
There is also a large double bedroom on this floor with a separate shower room
Upstairs, there is the master bedroom which is en-suite with a bath and separate walk in shower. This room also gives access to the large terrace with comfortable chairs and table.
There are two more double bedrooms on this level and a small kids room with bunk beds
Another bathroom on this level, with a bath, and shower over the bath is shared between these 3 bedrooms
There is satellite television, and wifi. The large kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is in the garage area.
Javea town, with its shops and market is less than a five-minute drive away. Also less than a ten minute drive brings you to the blue-flagged Arenal beach with its shops, bars and restaurants.

Amazing Villa, Amazing Location
We have just returned from a 2 week family holiday at Villa Cristina and we can honestly say its one of the loveliest villas that we’ve stayed in. The villa itself is huge, all the rooms are spacious with their own air conditioning . Its well equiped with everything you need in the kitchen and for the BBQ.
The outside area is what really makes it. Theres so much space with a large pool and the views are beautiful, with the mountain sat right behind the villa and the view over the valley on the other.
Paul and his team were brilliant. The Pool was maintained every few days and the couple of small issues we did have, Paul sorted straight away.
We cant speak about it highly enough and will definitely be returning.
Beautiful villa in a good quiet location. The layout was perfect for 2 families plus grandma and grandad . The pool was fabulous and well- kept.
Paul was always available to help with any problems .

Stunning Villa, the veiws are to die for. Spacious and luxurious. Heated pool is also brilliant.
